Simply follow these two easy steps below to convert your Store Gift Card to an Online Gift Card.
Step 1 - Take a picture of the card
Your Store Gift Card has a unique digit number on the rear of it. This number is printed in black and is located below the barcode on the rear of the Gift Card.
Take a picture of the rear of the Gift Card on your phone, iPad or Tablet.
Step 2 - Send us some details
Email us at info@shirleysbeautyclinic.com and just send us the following information;
Full Name
Mobile Number
A Picture of The Rear of The Card
*Ensure all details are 100% correct.
Anything else I need to know?
We can only convert the full, current balance of what is currently on your Store Gift Card into an Online Gift Card. You cannot convert a partial amount.
Once the Store Gift Card is converted into an Online Gift Card, it can only be used online. It cannot be used again in Stores and the balance cannot be transferred back onto a Store Gift Card.
Converting the Store Card online can take up to 24 hours to process.
The Online Gift Card will need to be used in its full entirety on the online store to activate the gift card.
You will have to pay the delivery fee through Visa Debit or Paypal as this cannot be paid for with the online gift voucher. If you spend over €75, then this is free.
How do I use my new Online Gift Card?
You will then receive an email with your new, Online Gift Card code. Once you receive this code, it is ready for use immediately.
Just select your products and add them to your cart!
When you get to the checkout page, enter all the necessary details.
You Will See An Order Summary Section. Enter the unique code that was sent to your email in the Discount Box & Just Click PAY
